Thank you for visiting our site. Every day, we at the Marshall County Communications Center are proud and honored to serve the citizens of Marshall County. We exist to serve you, and we are better at our job because of your trust, support, and partnership. Public safety is not just the job of one agency; your safety is a partnership between you, the citizens, and responders, and the professionals who take your calls for help. Thank you for continuing to recognize the importance of 9-1-1 services and for allowing us to serve with pride. We are incredibly grateful our community understands the importance of what our 9-1-1 Communications Specialists do. They’re often referred to as the “First, First Responders.” Think about it. Before a law enforcement officer loads their gear and leaves for your call for service, before the fire engine departs the station, and before the ambulance arrives on scene...9-1-1 helps answer the call. Our call takers and dispatchers are working to gather lifesaving information and get those responders on the way to help you. Thank you, Marshall County, for continuing to support us so we can provide our team with the training, technology, and resources they need to do their job with excellence. We are all here for one common goal: to save lives, support our first responders, and keep Marshall County a wonderful place to live, work, and raise our families. Thank you for standing beside us and acknowledging how important 9-1-1 is to keeping our community strong, safe, and resilient.
